This petition has been set-up as we want mandatory sentences for the following crimes.. 1. 10 years for carrying guns/knives (no early release) 2. 20 years for using guns/knives (no early release) 3. prisoners have no priveledges, (to deter crimes) 4. temporary curfews for all under 18\'s ( no more than 3 in a group after 7pm) until something more permanent can be organised 5. murderers get mandatory life sentences (no release) or hanging to be brought back. we are hoping by introducing the above there will be no more killings of teenagers and crime rates will drop because of the harsh sentences.
