I understand why it is being shut down. But to completely destroy the ability to play it? Why? All the work put into it? The time and money put in by the fans? I do not play this game as much as I used to but it hurts to see it suffer this fate. It should be preserved, no argument.

The game is ending because licenses for the songs are very expensive while the player base is very small and most not investing. Honestly, only Apple could save this game. Adding Beatstar under Apple Arcade subscription and maintain the licenses easily! It is very unlikely, thats sad!

Please don't kill the game. At least keep it playable offline.

Beatstar. My favourite game of all time. I’ve played it everyday. Even more than Minecraft. Even more than everything. I can’t believe this. I will never get a Full S-Perfect run. I will never do this. I always thought I would. I’ll never grow up with Beatstar. There is no replacement. Never will be one. This is the best quality music game to exist. It has all my favourite songs. I love it so much. I want to feel the excitement when they add new songs. I have played since the start of both games. I’ll miss the way they talk in news too. I’ll miss swiping to the beats. The flow. Everything. The soundtrack. The music. Winning. No other music game will ever replace this. If it’s money they’re worried about, NoCopyrightSounds provides free music. I want to play this forever. I want to keep playing this everyday. Please don’t shut down. I thought I knew you better, NextBeat. There is still great potential for this game - I’m talking to you, Supercell. Why don’t you rebuy this? If you listen to the community and add ideas this won’t happen again. Please. The whole fandom is counting on you. Don’t let us have to experience this grief.
