I am with allowing male crew to grow a well maintained groomed trimmed beard..

My friend suffer from ingrown hair and acne because of shaving. Hope the company can change this by allowing him to have neatly trimmed beard instead of shaving to the skin which caused him to bleed all the time!

Beard looks good! It should be allowed! I don't see what is the inconvenience of having one and long as its well trimmed.
