I agree with that, as far as we keep it neat and well groomed, I don't see why not, plus it reflects our culture as Arabs.

An elegant and well trimmed beard looks more professional in an Arab country compare to ingrown hair, red and rash face when you are forced to shave every 24 hours or even 12

First of all, talking about my personal case, I struggle to shave (cant use blade, has to be electric, and it still leaves me awful skin). I would love to be able to shave normally, but not everybody is the same.
Also, all world's major airlines male crew are allowed, and to be honest they give me an excellent first impression by the look they have. I cant see why groomed beard should not be allowed, especially while ground staff in same uniform and in contact with both passengers and non-passengers are allowed to.
I think that would mean a lot to many of us suffering from skin conditions.

There is no reason not to allow beards as long as uniform regulations regarding their appearance are adhered to. "Neat and professional in appearance." To prohibit is discriminatory.
