Beard make us look better, no bloody skin at least especially on back to back flights and multi sectors flight.it hurts so much shaving every day!

Many airlines allow men to have beard, as long as it neat and trimmed we will look good and elegant

My husband really struggles with the "no beard policy" as shaving realy irritates his skin and results in a rash and is extrememly uncomfortable especially on the neck area where the shirt rubs against his skin ! It effects his attitude about going to work, we dont need santa claus beards just not as strict on the growth of facial hair !!

Beard should be allowed and also mustache should be a variety for face types and not only the chaplin standard which is only for military which makes guys who wants to grow it looks weird if it doesn't suits their face also these standards should be set by males who works for i&u and from different nationalities and who actually grown ones before so they are aware of how to maintain it not only mentioning it has to be cleanly shaved and trimmed which is extremely not clear for different nationalities that we deal with every day

like girls are allowed to have different types of hairstyles/length of hair which is controlled by uniform standards, there shouldn't be a reason why a neatly trimmed/well taken care off beard for men is not allowed.

As a pilot has the right to have a beard, we also ask for the same thing, of course it has to be reasonable and under a specific criteria,

Totally agree with what it's said and also our skin is getting affected for being shaved everyday, it gets dry and rashes appear sometimes.
