Rosslanders would like to see changes to the way garbage is disposed off in our town. We should establish bear-proof, community garbage bins to decrease the amount of bear-human encounters and ultimately protect these beautiful animals. As a side benefit, we can discontinue curb side pick up and save the tax payers of Rossland some money.
