Just who is in charge of getting this road fixed? It is shameful that it has not been taken care of! This kind of situation puts people's lives in danger!

there is no reason this shouldn't have already been permanently fixed! It's a shame that it takes an uprising to get this done!!!

This would help us to access the beach much more. We go to Sabine Pass & camp out at Sea Rim as often as we can and would be able to go from Groves much easier.

I live in Galveston County and travel this route many times a year as an avid birder and bird guide, as do many birder visitors from all over the world. Please complete a permanent remedy asap, for local residents and travels and to demonstrate that Texas cares about travel access for both residents and eco tourists.

It's time the county and state spent money on Bolivar Peninsula instead of it all going to Galveston. WE pay taxes too and only get Lip Service for the Power of Above
It's time they quit studying thing and get off their Asses and do something.

I live in Crystal Beach on Bolivar Peninsula. Short-term safety issues are imperative and LONG-TERM solution is absolutely necessary for the survival of our community. Travelers are regularly subjected to dangerous road conditions and residents have risk to life and livelihood!
