Please do not wait to fix this stretch of highway. The upper Texas Coast will see another tropical storm or hurricane, it is just a matter of time. Residents need this road open to be able to evacuate or lives are at risk.

Bolivar is a beautiful place it is a hidden jem of the gulf coast. Fixing the road or building a bridge shouldn't even be questioned for safety reasons as well as common sense.
