I understand that there needs to be growth, but the size and then number of homes to be added are not in keeping with the surrounding developments. Please ask for a resubmittal with fewer homes and more in keeping with the adjacent neighborhoods.

I agree with the comments. Traffic coming out of Weber will effect traffic coming to the intersection of Cook and BHG Pike holding up turns to the left and blocking traffic. Also, subdivision should hold to regular setbacks like the rest of us. Subdivision yes but changes need to be made first and need homes more in line with neighbors. I believe Ryan did not tell the whole truth to the community and the planning board.

My husband and I are strongly against this development. There are way too many accidents and traffic jams in this area as it is. The roads need widened first.
Does anyone know which trustees are up for reelection this year? Maybe they would be the one(s) willing to listen and fight for us.

Is there any plans to upgrade the pump station? (Sewage)
How about water pressure?
Why are they not staying with the set backs and lot sizes that Weber Woods had to do.

Please fix the branch Hill road before placing more traffic on this road. Do not approve Ryan's plans to add more houses to add more traffic on this road. Thank you.

Until traffic is fixed between Webber and Kroger, more houses will just cause more people to move away.

Fix the traffic before you build this location. The streets cannot support this new development in its current situation. Moving forward would be a safety risk to all of the residents in this area.

I'll go along with this IF Ryan agrees to pay to widen BHG Pike to 4 lanes - otherwise why don't they come an live here and drive through the mess they will create. In addition the homes should match what all those who bought here anticipated in both size and acreage.

The proposal will impede traffic flow .
Construction should blend with area neighborhoods.

There are way too many homes way too close together on lots way too small. I attended the last meeting about this, and those who objected were told over and over, that the Trustees have to address their concerns, as well as those regarding traffic, schools, and density. That they are allowed to figure in the unusable unbuildable space into the average is rediculous. We must depend on you, the Trustees, to look out for our best interests. I have no objection for building to take place here, but it must be with the above concerns addressed.

This plan is not well thought out. It does not fit in with the other neighborhoods in the area.

A very ill-advised placement for a community. Traffic is already a nightmare there, and BES is smaller than the previous school.

I am in favor of progress, but the road has to be able to handle it.
