"We, the residents of Briarcliff Manor and members of the Briarcliff Manor Union Free School District, in order to preserve the exceptional educational experience offered by our schools, reject the proposed budget for 2011-2012 and request that the Board of Education formulate transparent, clear and detailed budget alternatives which are both educationally sound and fiscally responsible."
