Blake, I am sure that this concept is a great idea but not off of Bayshore in a residential community like Bayshore Beautiful .

I couldn't oppse your project any more strongly. There is no way this project shouldbe in our residential neighborhood.

We want to maintain the integrity of Bayshore Blvd,as it exists now.

Bayshore has been the pride of Tampa since before I can remember. Please don't ruin it with commercialization such as this "private club". The side streets will be destroyed, as well as lowering property values. NOT HERE!!

I believe your project would irreparably harm our very special community. We do not want to become a bar district like SoHo. Thank you for withdrawing your project.

I think by having this in our neighborhood we will start seeing more crime, speeding vehicles on our streets and more unnecessary noise.

No private clubs at the end of my street please. I bought my house in 2004 so I could walk down my quiet street to Bayshore Blvd safely and peacefully.

I am not in favor of the rezoning change. It is not compatible with our neighborhood. Noise, smells, and additional traffic. Keep Bayshore Beautiful and Safe.

Bayshore has always been one of Tampa's premier residential streets and should remain so. Please relocate your club concept elsewhere.

As a resident, I would hate to see a club such as this incorporated into our neighborhood. The fabric of our community consists os family homes for the most part and parks. Such a club would require delivery services for kitchen/s, parking (valet) etc. All of this would surely tie up the Bayshore which is already overcrowded during rush hours into early evening with McDill basetraffic. I would urge the powers-at-be to consider carefully what this would do to an old, established South Tampa neighborhood. Thank you...
