A Private club with late bar hours and capacity for 80 plus vehicles to park at any given time is not a project that belongs on a residential neighborhood. It is time for City Council and Councilman Henry Cohen to speak for all of us and vote NO to this zoning change which will affect all residents, families and properties in the surrounding area.

This is not the neighborhood for this venue. The additional traffic, noise etc will be a hindrance and nuisance to this Beautiful and Historical area.

I am eighteen years old and I drive to college down Coachman Avenue and Bayshore Boulevard. I can't imagine having to deal with the traffic the Stovall Project will causes. I also live two house behind the Stovall property. We do NOT want the Stovall property to be changed, ever!!! It will be disastrous to the neighborhood.

Leave beautiful historical Bayshore as it is BEAUTIFUL. Why would you want to place a bar in such a prestigious neighborhood? There’s plenty of other sites this so called classy bar can go .

Residential neighborhood is not an appropriate place for this kind of business. I'm quite sure that not a single person involved in the project would want this next door or in their neighborhood, nor would any council member. Not an appropriate setting.

Bayshore is not the place for this kind of project. Bayshore is Tampa's jewel...let's keep it that way. We don't want it to end up like Brickle in Miami

We love our peaceful RESIDENTIAL neighborhood and do not want to see it ruined! We do not want commercial or member traffic and noise. Most importantly, we do not want the alcohol related impacts on our neighborhood - lower property values, drunken driving and rude behavior would be the inevitable results if this project moves forward.

This isn't a good idea. I wouldn't want this in my neighborhood. I've heard it's gonna be a high-end gentleman's club. Why can't Blake just stay at TYCC?
