While I live about 1 mile away in Bayshore Beautiful I regularly run (often with one of my children and/ or dog) on the western side of Bayshore (to get some shade) and cars regularly look only north when turning from side streets onto southbound Bayshore - the direction of the one way traffic - pedestrians that are moving north on sidewalk are often not noticed. The additional traffic that will result from this proposed development will undoubtedly lead to more "close calls" or accidents between pedestrians and vehicles exiting coachman or nearby Bayshore feeder streets southbound on Bayshore.

It is inappropriate to use a residential area for a private social club. Especially 7 days a week. This plan is would be a detriment to the neighborhood.

Having a business of this type, located in a purely residential area is a completely inappropriate use of this property. This proposed project in no way, shape or form serves a good purpose for the neighborhood.

I grew up in beautiful Hyde Park and would HATE to see Beautiful Bayshore Blvd invite more commercial ventures. Please maintain it's pristine condition and keep more commercial venues OUT. Please help us save one of the best parts of Tampa. It's so unique and lovely. Can't we please care enough about that and let the money GO for once in our lives????

AAA named Bayshore Boulevard one of the top 10 roads in the United States. Please continue to preserve its residential character. As recently the 1950’s there were several gas stations on the Boulevard. Please do not turn back the clock by allowing commercial establishments to return.
