Colonade Restaurant has been on Bayshore for years. Homeowners have purchased homes near with full knowledge that it existed (then).
Today, existing homeowners near Stoval certainly did not invest in their homes to be located near (yet another) bar.
I am NOT IN FAVOR of this club/bed 'n breakfast.

Bayshore Blvd is so beautiful and I believe that the Stovall private club would be a very bad idea. Keep our Bayshore Blvd beautiful don't allow this scenic area untouched by private sector. This is a residential neighborhood no room for private club. Join the Yacht club.

I hope to hear from anyone who can deliver input to a campaign to convince the City Counsel members to vote no on the Casper petition to build a private club/bed&breakfast with liquor license. I will devote my time for this worthy cause to Keep Bayshore Boulevard Beautiful
