This is just another business looking to take advantage of our beautiful residential area. It would be very sad to see Bayshore and the surrounding areas become about commerce. One property at a time.
I love my neighborhood because it’s a neighborhood. A beautiful one. And do not wish to see the value of our properties start going down as we add these kinds of establishments right in the heart of our homes. Especially those that share direct property lines.

I used to live at the Bayshoe Royal. The restaurant on the ground floor is a constant nuisance to this community. I cannot believe our city council and any other governing authorities would even consider this project in the middle of a residential neighborhood

It is a shock to read of the plans for the home into a night club. It would absolutely ruin the value of the surrounding homes and lead to drunk drivers on Bayshore. Moreover, the hours open is just horrid for neighorbors with noise of cars and patrons drinking into the wee hrs. Talk about accidents on Bayshore, imagine how many more there would be with a nightclub on Bayshore. Was born here and am am absolutely against this. Casper bought it as a home and then tells everyone he is developing it into a Private Club afterwards. What a sneak. Guess he has so much money from McDonalds, he just thought of another way to make more.

Safety is the first and foremost issue regarding Mr. Casper's proposed project in the Bayshore residential neighborhood. As well intentioned as Mr. Casper may be, his development will make Bayshore less safe - period! With increased traffic and people driving under the influence it puts at risk hundreds of families, children, and senior citizens.
There are plenty of other suitable commercial properties in Tampa to choose from and no need for the City Council to grant Mr. Casper's request to change the nature of this residential neighborhood forever.
Bayshore has been home to thousands of Tampa residents for over 100 years and represents an integral part of the history of our great city.
Please don't destroy the rich legacy of thousands created over many years with a whimsical venture by one individual.
This project is not needed, it is not wanted, and it is not safe!

This project does NOT belong in a residential area. Do not change zoning rules to have another drinking establishment in South Tampa. This will lead to more congestion, drunk driving and noise in our neighborhoods. Vote NO on this project!
