This is a neighborhood. We don't want type establishment here and it will not improve our neighborhood or families' living environment. There are commercial areas for this type of activity. It does not belong in a neighborhood.

Please do not bring this commercial establishment to the heart of the residential Bayshore Beautiful. There are plenty of places along roads such as MacDill where you can have your private club

I am totally against the Stovall project. A private club has no place in our neighborhood. Maybe you consider putting it around your home.

Coachman Ave and the other neighboring streets would be ruined with customer and commercial traffic. Bayshore is not meant for commercial "clubs"

This is a project that is certain to disrupt the tranquility and beauty of this neighborhood. The sound, light and noise pollution from the commercial property will diminish the quality of life for residents of Bayshore Beautiful, and the increase in traffic is certain to make our streets less safe for our children and pets. There will certainly be an adverse impact on the property values of nearby residents as well. We are gravely concerned and hope that the City Council takes our grievances into account when making this decision, especially given the potential for setting a precedent for the approval of similar injections of commercial enterprises into quiet neighborhoods in the future. All of Tampa should be concerned. Today, it's our neighborhood, but tomorrow, it could be yours!
