The Stovall Project is inconsistent and incompatible with surrounding uses, and my husbad and I are opposed to it. In fact, there are no such uses along Bayshore Blvd. Realistically, no amount of screening or developer agreements will sufficiently mitigate the multiple impacts of inserting such a commercial project into the middle of a quiet residential neighborhood. It would be a mistake to allow such inconsistency and would be an invitation for other inconsistent uses to begin dotting the entire length of Bayshore Park, our premier boulevard in Tampa, not to mention other neighborhoods within the City. City Council has denied other inconsistent uses within the City. From a standpoint of code interpretation, this project should not be an exception. Perhaps the developers could consider other locations for such a club where the use would be more appropriate and welcome.

Dear friends , family, neighbors and everyone who cares about keeping our Bayshore beautiful and pristine. Please help us to stop the development of Stovall property - the entertainment club with alcohol sale license that mr. Casper want to build right next door my home, literally on few steps away my backyard. We will have noise, lights, commercial trucks and drunk drivers disturbing our quiet streets and Bayshore Blvd 7 days in week, 24 hours a day. We have lived in our house in Bayshore Beautiful since 1977. Never in the decades since did I invision someone proposing a development so out of place with our neighborhood.
