We oppose the addition of commercial traffic. There would necessarily be deliveries of materials on a daily basis -- probably all day every day -- to serve the needs of servicing members. Moreover, the additional traffic created by those members and their guests will create mayhem on Bayshore and the intersecting (residential streets). One need only witness the maelstrom in front of the Tampa Yacht Club on Saturday nights to easily predict the scenario that will materialize in our neighborhood should this establishment be created.

I strongly do NOT support this project. Keep Bayshore BEAUTIFUL! I do not want this type of business in my neighborhood.
This would add too much traffic to an already too busy Bayshore! This is a residential area and it needs to stay residential. Thank you!

I live within a block of the proposed club. Traffic is already very heavy at Bayshore and Gandy and this would only add to the problem

I am against the rezoning of the Stovall house. We are a residential neighborhood. It is not a good fit for our neighborhood and likely not good for any residential neighborhood.
