Keep Bayshore beautiful .... and residential.

Bayshore does not need alcohol for elitists or anyone for that matter. It was a shame to loose the colonnade but it shouldn't be replaced with this. This guy sells Mcdonalds swill to fund these things.

I hope you can succeed in preventing the change. We are going through the same thing in our neighborhood because investors are trying to change zoning on McKay Bay to have commercial businesses on the waterfront.

Having lived in Baysore Beautiful for 46 years, I am opposed to the commercial development of this historical property.

REDICULOUS!!!!!!! It should remain an exclusive private residence. Mr. Casper should keep his private club for the wealthy near his Oxford Exchange business in downtown Tampa.

This would be better in a location that is not residential.

I am told that many of the members will not be from Tampa what is the cost of membership and how many members. It sounds like it will tour into a boutique hotel. There are many good uses for this property but food service weddings events that go to 1am is not one of them. The traffic going to MacDill AFB and local traffic is already dangerous The commissioners are proving that they can be bought. We need to vote against everyone of the commissioners that votes for approval. The former owner had Sandy Freidman bend the zoning rules for him. Let’s not continue this disgusting good old boy practice. I think Blake’s heart is in the right place He needs to focus on the Oxford Exchange area where his vision could really make a difference. Do the right thing for Tampa with your money and influenc.e

Let’s not let wealth and greed take over what really matters in life. Families should have a quiet and safe environment to live in. As a mother I’m terrified about the possible DUI accidents. We already lost a mom and baby on Bayshore a few months ago just crossing the street to speeding and adding partying and alcohol into the mix can up the chances of more innocent lives being taken. Loud noise can affect children and adults who need to get up early for school and work the next day. Let’s be proactive not reactive. This is not a good location for this. Please respect the wishes of others.
