About time our former servicemen & women had the follow-on support from the Govt. After discharge you are pretty much left to fend for yourself

We should be honouring the Armed Forces Covenant by creating a base for homeless troops, ideally at Bassingbourn. I lived there when it was RAF Bassingbourn in Cambridge Crescent. Make a dream come true, please.

I too did my basic training at Bassinbourn. If it's empty what a great way to look after our homeless heroes, and also maybe help create jobs, rather than sit there empty and becoming derelict just to be bulldozed.
