Fab use of somewhere that's not in use. I did my basic training there and believe that an ex-military base is perfect for homeless soldiers.

Such a good idea. If it's empty and not being used then why not turn it into something that will be giving back to those who put there life on the line. Otherwise it's just gonna turn into another abandon building!
