It would be great to have a proper outdoor court in Worcester. It would give something meaningful to do to many youngsters from a variety of backgrounds (social, economical, etc.) and it would increase the amount of physical activity they can engage with.

Having a top class professional basketball ball team in the city generates a great deal of interest for children living locally .
Please financially support this venture and give our kids a chance to exercise and improve their skills , as there’s little outdoor opportunities provided to do this currently in the city .

All our club players love practising on an outdoor court, weather permitting. It makes a nice change from a sports hall and good for all that Vitamin D we need..

I think a mixed court would be amazing more than one single use, I’m a netball player myself but dabble in basketball and tennis

Parent of 4 children whose local park is cripplegate.
These children really need more activities to do. A basketball court would be just what is needed to keep youths from hanging around and getting up to stuff they shouldn’t just because they are bored and have nothing to do

A recreational basketball court at Cripplegate Park would be a positive inclusion. It would broaden the attractiveness of the venue for physical activity beyond tennis or walking.
