I am a local neighbor, living 0.7 miles from the project, and I am extremely excited to have this new school in our community. Having one of the top schools in the nation right next door, not only raises our property values, but also the bar for education in our area. This is of direct benefit to the students, naturally, but indirectly serves to elevate all of us. I consider its placement here in Scottsdale a jewel in the crown of our city. We are fortunate that they have chosen this location above all others for their leading school. Additionally, I am grateful for the concessions they have made to support the safety of our community and to ease the transition.
