As a lifelong Barrow County resident and Licensed Architect who specializes in multi-family and mixed-use development, I am 100% opposed to what's being proposed on this property. The density of the development is grossly out of scale to its surroundings and will not foster any type of distinctive or attractive community unique to the County. This corridor is the "front door" into Barrow County from I-85..... let's not ruin that with a cookie cutter, quick buck, generic development. The County should be encouraging creative placemaking that provides actual value and uniqueness to the community for generations to come.... not approving every single development idea that's thrown out there.

I moved to this county and area over 10 years ago to get away from this type of congested environment which is less safe and tends to decrease property values. Barrow promoted slow controlled family friendly growth. This is not in line with that.

Road access is insufficient. Roads are too narrow for the population right now. 211 Is the most dangerous road in northern Ga. 500 houses on 93 acres is far too many for the country style that is predominantly rural Georgia. Safety support,, traffic control and highway access is far insufficient for the concentration of so many houses. Definately no apartments.

More houses off of 211?...worst streth of road in Barrow ounty. No work arounds. Fi the traffi problems first...then houses, not apts

Building a house in the falls of chateau and this is not what I expect in this area. Trying to move out of congestion.

infrastructure is not in place to support the additional traffic it would be generated by this # of apartments ....470 appts would = about 900 additional cars on Hwy 211. This is over and above the additional traffic beyond our control that will be brought about by the Braselton retirement community being built on covered bridge road which will lead to additional spill over traffic into barrow county.
