We bought a home in this area to get away from the dense population in Gwinnett County...apartments and townhomes. The roads, infrastructures cannot support the increased traffic and we don't have the police and fire to support the increased crime this will bring to the community or the overcrowding in the schools. The county will raise our property taxes to pay for all of the expense the people moving into these apartments and townhomes will cause. This is one example of a developer not caring about the quality of life of the people living and working in the area. I would hope the members of the commission would be more concerned about the people who live AND pay taxes AND vote in the community.

Traffic is already bad enough. Roads aren't large enough, we already need more traffic lights at dangerous intersections. Adding this large community will only make these intersections more dangerous, more accidents, more first responder resources. Traffic will build up more, longer commutes, especially around I85 and 211. As is it right now you have to go several miles further north just to come back south on back roads, and it shaves some time off, for now. But if the build continues, the back roads will have more traffic too. Please stop the build, for the sake of the community.

I've lived in Barrow County 40 years, and it seems like "We the People" are paying higher taxes to run water and gas all over the county so that the Developers can make this area into Gwinnett/Atlanta. If you don't like the way Barrow County as it is now then please, by all means "Fly Delta"!..

NO more apartments and townhouses. There is no infrastructure to support it. I'm tired of high taxes to pay for all of this.

When will we start encouraging home ownership instead of building apartments that we don't need. Half of the apartments in this county are always half empty. Just look around. Is anyone else WOKE??

People will start moving because the traffic is already terrible in this area. I have lived here for 25 years and thought I would live here forever. Not so sure now.

No one wants apartments or low income housing in our county. We should look at Oconee County and model our new homes after them to keep the tax base up and raise the value of our homes not depreciate them

Hwy. 211 is so heavily traveled already that this additional traffic would make it even more dangerous and congested and should not be rezoned. Greed is driving everything nowadays and this should not be one of those type of decisions. The infrastructure is already above capacity and just cannot handle the additional strain that this apartment complex would put upon it.

The traffic on Hwy 211 has become terribly congested and dangerous and will only get worse. Is the cost on the increased load on our infrastructure and public safety worth any possible revenue from the taxes. This is only going to cause more accidents and a lot more headaches for those of us that travel 211 on a regular basis.
