I have been here 45 years. But, if this passes, I will be moving. Now, we see why everyone is moving to Jackson county, and farther north.

Our community can not handle the current uptick in traffic as it stands. Adding apartments and townhouses will only compound the current problems and create more unnecessary problems. We all know that apartments ultimately turn into government subsidies housing, and that would serve to only degrade our great community. You may not like that statement, but it's the truth, and I guarantee many many others feel the exact same way even if they're afraid to say it.

I oppose this development and the burden of traffic it brings. Keep our area rural and beautiful, not packed full of cookie cutter developments and apartment buildings. 500 units on 93 acres is too congested.

It’s ridiculous to think a 2 Lane Highway can support another thousand cars! Each intersection off of Highway 211 is a daily danger and it’s self, just getting on 85 south can be treacherous.

I myself had an accident at that exact intersection. The traffic along with the 18 wheeler trucks are too much for 2 lane Highway as it is.
