This is too large of a development. Barrow County is not equipped to maintain this growth. This is a rural county and the reason I live here is to avoid the mismanaged growth that Gwinnett County has. Please let's not make this beautiful county overgrown!

Our roads are in serious need of expanding into 4 + lanes to accommodate the people who live here now. Roads fixed first.

This type of development will overwhelm the school system, emergency services, and roadways in this area. The traffic on Hwy 211 is horrendous now.

No! We do not need this type of development in Barrow or anywhere near Barrow or Jackson Co. Too congested already! Apartments bring transient, trashy people! This development will negatively impact home values!

I grew up in Barrow county when it was considered “country”. Please don’t add this growth, people renting don’t pay property taxes, it doesn’t help the schools. It’s a loss all around.

Driving down highway 211 is already a nightmare! Please don’t add more congestion as well as impacting the school system. BCSS has enough to contend with right now!
