This will hurt our property values and add even more congestion to the already severe traffic problem we face now. 500 Apartments will add at least a 1000 more vehicles.

Please Winder is a small town so lets keep it that way. The more people come the worst the city will look and get.

Do NOT attempt to do this to this part of Barrow County so close to Chateau Elan! Go build by 316!

Strongly oppose this endeavor. Go elsewhere to build your carbon copy mass townhomes!

Traffic is already terrible in this area. Plus apartments do not pay the taxes that home owners have too

I completely oppose this unnecessary outgrowth stemming from the serene roadsides of Barrow County along 211. Too much traffic on such a small road and we can’t even get a light or roundabout at Old Hog Mtn/Covered Bridge Rd and 211. No growth!! Go build a factory down 124 towards Braselton to bring in money to the county, instead.

We do not need the congestion more apartments will bring to the area.

Left turns from Freeman Johnson and Hog Man Rds is already a nightmare. A project like this will exacerbate this problem. Also apartments will increase crime. Don't let Barrow become what Gwinnett has become. Pls deny this application or at a minimum deny apartments.

ENOUGH WITH THE MIXED USE EXCUSE.....

The proposed location can not sustain the traffic. There are multiple projects like this being proposed in the area. The infrastructure needs to be addressed before projects like this are approved. Please deny this proposal.

We are adamantly opposed to this mass housing proposal. Please find another area for this project where it wont affect the financial well being, peace and happiness of so many families!
