I know the growth will be beneficial financially for the county. However, frustrated current residence will begin looking elsewhere for housing. As the congestion increases, less people will live on the 211/85 corridor.

This will be a huge negative impact on our quality of life here locally. The local government is only showing concern for themselves. Our property taxes will go up and the traffic will be much worse than it already is. Our road used to be peaceful but now we have a high volume of unnecessary cut through traffic. This will become worse. NO to the ReZone!

This development of high density apartments will destroy the rural integrity of this area. Freeman Johnson Road will not be able to support the additional traffic and our schools will be overwhelmed.

We do not need this housing community making our roads more congested and more hazardous with more drivers witch may intale in more accents on our roads.

I think we have enough people in Winder now. They can't even control traffic now.

This type of growth is detrimental to the quality of living in Winder and Barrow County.

I can't get off of Mulberry turning left toward town now. 211 can not take any more traffic in its current configuration. Maybe after the road is widened for the bypass, but not now. Vote this in and we will vote you out. Sorry but we need representation that has our best interest and welfare in mind. Spend a morning sitting in the parking lot of the old County Line Elementary school and watch the traffic at that intersection. It's horrible now and there are still a LOT of people staying home due to Covid-19, Imagine it when everyone is working! We don't want to see development without thoughtful evaluation. Where are these children going to go to school? And for every unit in this development add a car for the husband, wife and any teenage children. Over burdening an already maxed out highway. Please vote no. Thank you for your time.
