It is a well known fact that people do not do well in overcrowded circumstances. My husband and I moved to Barrow county because we wanted and continue to want a life where everyone has a bit of space. If we wanted to live in a crowded area we would go somewhere else. Should this area become too crowded we will simply find another place where quality of life is valued above revenue for the city & county coffers.

People who already live in the area and who have invested time and money should have a say in the rezone decision. We do not want more traffic with 470 apartments! This is crazy! If the county commissioners vote to approve the rezone then they are not voting for the people they are supposed to represent!

We do not want apartments or townhouses in our area There is way too much traffic for the roads that we have now I think Barrow. County needs to do something to our roads instead of building more homes

I moved from mall of ga area to avoid this!! 20 was a 2 line road when I lived there. I had to live through all that construction once and increase of traffic. I came here to get away from it. I will move again. I absolutely love Barrow, but I left this environment once, I will again.

Trying to turn left on 211 or cross 211 in the mornings and after 4:00 is a nightmare now. I’ve sat in morning traffic on 211 trying to cross I-85 that starts backing up close to Freeman Johnson Rd. Keep adding traffic and we might as well be living in Gwinnett County.
