I live on Cedar Creek Rd. and have a horrible time getting out onto 211 as it is. Y'all will have more accidents and more killed if this is approved.

...and...the new Winder bypass will bring tons of traffic from Hgwy. 316 @ Patrick Mill Rd and dump it onto Hgwy. 211.
That alone is going to increase traffic of 211 dramatically. They should have continued the bypass four lane road all the way to Hgwy 53 for trucks and trailers. But they didn't.

I was told over a year ago that the roundabouts on 211 (3 of them, already behind schedule) would push tractor trailer and dump truck traffic to Hgwy 53. DON'T BELIEVE IT. Now this apartment issue....also.

Too much traffic now, out of control with no solutions from state right up the street. Round a bout planned for years and cannot even get out on the street now

Apartments:
Drives down existing home rentals values.
Decrease surrounding land and home values.
Severely compounds traffic issues.
Drives down school performance in an already badly rated county.

Please stop this asap. They are demolishing family childhood homes and other landmark homes to put up duplexes and whatever else and this is not fair to our community.
