This cannot be allowed to pass. Traffic is already getting MUCH worse with the new combination neighborhood/ retirement community off 53 / peachtree road.

We believe that with all the Townhome multi- use facility wouldn’t help our property values. It would do more harm than good. Also the traffic would be terrible.

Stop the construction. We are becoming like Lawrenceville. Took crowded. Too congested.

Please do not allow our town to build this. We are already congested with traffic making if frustrating and difficult to get out of the side streets. We are already starting to look like Lawrenceville. I moved here in 1997 because it was a small quant community. Our taxes keep going up and so does litter and congestion. Please NO rezoning!!!

Please also see my email sent today to request a yard sign. In this email i have also expressed why i am so against this rezoning and the adverse effects (that will snowball to really devastating effects for this BEAUTIFUL county and its countryside) if we don't stop this. Sincerely Manu Hilz.
