Even through I'm from Pa. Mr . McKernan was a special man to me. I used to watch every game Elway throwing the TDs and the Barrel Man making the crowd roar in Denver,I used to pray that one day I would get to see. Game in Denver live, put that never happened, but the excitement Mr McKernan brought to the games was so great, please induct him into the Broncos Ring og Fame.

I am a Die Hard Raiders who is a co-founder and current board member of the South Bay Raiders Booster Club of San Diego. I think it is great when teams have super fans. Us Raiders fans have a lot of Super fans but that is what makes football more fun. Tim "the Barrel Man" McKernan has my respect and support to be enshrined into the HOF Fan section because although he is a fan from one of my division rivals one must respect and honor another mans dedication, love, passion, and as Al Davis would say Commitment to Excellence!

This man was the unofficial mascot of the Denver Broncos, and the most loyal fan. If anyone deserves to be on that ring of fame, it is him. He loved the Broncos more than anybody and it is time for the organization to make him an official member to the Denver Broncos family. Every fan was saddened by his passing and he is dearly missed by everyone that he touched. Even the people who haven't met him, like myself. When I was younger I would watch the games just to see the Barrel Man. He made people happy.

It seems that Tim belongs in the ring to me. He epitomizes what it is to be a Broncos fan. Decade after decade, home or on the road...you could count on the Barrell Man to support the team as much as you could count on the Broncos to play the game. Do the right thing. Then build a statue of John Elway...

I'm a Chiefs fan, but barrel man is a legend and a great person too. He has more than earned it.
