Grew up a Broncos fan. My family was always happy to see the Barrel Man in the stands, even in the snow. And they were very sad to hear of his passing. I'm sure my story is similar to many Broncos fans.

I grew up watching the Broncos play, and I can vividly remember watching the camera pan to the Barrel Man at every single game, home or away, rain, shine, snow, or bitterly cold night. He embodied the love that we as fans feel for the Denver Broncos. He was the organization's ultimate fan, and for that, he deserves to be honored in the Ring of Fame.

As a young child up until my 20's going to the games at the old Mile High it was always fun to not only see my favorite team and players but to see the barrel man. I am now 41 years of age living in Seattle and still to this day wear my Orange and Blue proudly! This man was recognized all over the world, it would be amazing to see his name on the ring of game.
