It has been a year since NBHA passed Rule B-18 (still not shown on their website) which ended co-sanctioned runs with IBRA.  And it’s been 6 months since IBRA refused a compromise offered by NBHA’s Pennsylvania Director.   IBRA is now basically dead east of Harrisburg and NBHA dead in the western part of the state and is hanging by a thread with only a single producer sanctioning shows in the east (full disclosure: I am part of that club). 

This petition is designed to give your preferences to show producers who must decide what they will do for 2014.  Please let them know what you think they should do.

1.    Split the classes and the added money and charge one fee to every rider in each class (this is the only way to co-sanction a show in 2013).

2.    Sanction only with IBRA.

3.    Sanction only with NBHA.

4.    Drop all sanctions & fees and put those dollars in the added money.

5.    Pressure IBRA & NBHA to find a method of single run co-sanctioning that works for the riders and producers they are dedicated to serving (which should be ALL barrel racers, of course).
