The sheer number of people joining this fight proves that Houston is done with the excuses and the incompetence at BARC. Mayor White thinks he can keep ignoring this disaster, but he is running out of places to hide.

15 years without a certification? that is absolutely insane. heads need to roll for this level of negligence.
I cant even look at the news regarding BARC anymore it makes me sick to my stomach. fix it now.
fire everyone involved and restart from scratch. enough excuses.
total incompetence from the top down. why is this still happening in our city?
This place is a nightmare. I adopted a dog from there and he was so sick. Houston needs to do better for these poor animals.

My heart breaks for the animals stuck in that dump. Mayor White needs to wake up and start caring about who he hires.
