Banyan Cove Petition in Opposition to Proposed Land Use Change

Oak run resident here. The area and road cannot support this. I do not want this to happen.

An apartment complex is not the correct use of this land. too much population density in what should be single family residences

It is unacceptable to increase the traffic in this roadway with new construction. There is a school right on Barwick Road, unimaginable traffic if construction expanded.

We do not want added traffic on our small stable road. The increase would hamper school and local commute. This can not happen.

Very bad idea. We have enough traffic now with the school at our entrance to Sabal Lakes.

I'm against this property being used as a 102 unit apartment complex.

I am NOT in favor of changing the zoning to put in an apartment building on Barwick. Missing links of sidewalks and Barwick Road not being properly maintain is affecting public safety as well this zoning change.

I am against changing the zoning to allow high density apartments ! Please do not change zoning.

Not sure of plans to convert Barwick Road to a 4 lane road but this will almost certainly happen if these apartments are built. NO to the apartments and NO to increasing student population at Banyan Creek Elementary School.

We do not want an apartment complex on our already congested streets. I vote no!

It will be adding much traffic to our streets, and disturb the quiet family neighborhoods, not to mention the unsightly commercial type apartment buildings. We do not want an apartment complex on our street.

This is a park thousands of tax paying community members enjoy. Changing zoning to benefit who's interests? This should not be up for debate.

Too much traffic for Barwick Road. Too small an area for the number of units.

Too much traffic and the schools in this area are overcrowded as it is. Find another area.
