Traffic and school zone on Barwick is backed up for 2miles. Area is over crowded- Do not want a mixed use building or 100plus apartment complex in the area.
Over populated as it is. We definitely don't need more congestion. No to rezoning!!

The traffic is a nightmare already on Barwick!!! Additional 100 units would make it worse and increase already high car accident rate!

Cars are already speeding in excess of 60 miles an hour . Barwick Road can not take any more traffic . We need help with the traffic problem we have . Stop the building in this area with no improvement in the roads . Lives are at stake here.

I , and the residents of Barwick Estates, oppose this project and the rezoning.
Adding more traffic to an already congested and over used road ,then more students to an already over crowded school makes absolutely no sense . Further, it will surely devalue many homes. Banyan school could use another entrance and more parking .

Enough already! There are too many apartments in Delray Beach the traffic congestion is ridiculous! I am a resident in Palm Beach County and the impact is ruining a once beautiful peaceful existence!
