Ruiz-Robinson family are opposed to this proposed zoning changes. We do not want an apartment complex to be build, perhaps family single homes.

There is absolutely no need for this development given the amount of traffic and the proximity to Banyan Creek. Safety of the residents that live in this community should out weigh the greed of the developer!

I agree with the reality that Barwick is already a traffic jam every morning (I imagine the same at the end of a school day). There is no alternative route or four lane road possible so please reject this plan.

The roads in the immediate area by Barwick Road and Sabal Lakes are insufficient to handle the traffic caused by the 1000 students who attend Banyan Creek Elementary. Building an apartment complex would strain the existing infrastructure even further. The intersection of Lake Ida Road and Barwick Road is already a nightmare in the mornings with multiple cars blocking that intersection as frustrated drivers attempt to get through in fewer than 4 light cycles.

Keep fighting against this. Poor decision as it will bring down the school & property values.

When are you going to look at the safety and welfare of the existing owners who live in this area and the CHILDREN that have to WALK there to go to school? Don't want to be stuck in traffic more than what is now.

The school traffic is a complete nightmare for those of us that are just trying to drive down barwick! I'm appalled at the thought that the city thinks there is enough space and enough roadway to accommodate these new additions.

As a Delray Beach local that live's on Lake Ida, just down the street from this proposed development site, I'm appalled at the thought that the city thinks there is enough space and enough roadway to accommodate these new additions.

Omg are you kidding? The school traffic is a complete nightmare for those of us that are just trying to drive down barwick! Build this crap and no kids will ever get to school on time and no one that lives near there will be able to drive down the road again. This is ridiculous!!! I’m all for a little growth but this is insane.
