My backyard backs up to Barwick and I adamantly oppose the zoning change that will result in the 53 unit multi-family dwelling apartment complex on Barwick Road just north of Sable Lakes Rd. I live in Sabal Lakes, and as it is I have difficulty getting out of my community and onto Barwick in the mornings, and I'm stuck in so much traffic on Barwick when I come home in the afternoon.

All of the Developments that are on Barwick Rd with the exception of Bexley Park only have an entrance on Barwick Rd. There is no other way of all the residences to go another direction to get out except Barwick Rd. Already overcrowded

Strongly opposed to this. Traffic is already a nightmare on Barwick. Cant add more to it. No way would i want more traffic and noise to our nice area.

The traffic is so bad in the mornings and afternoon that my wife and I cannot get out to go to work without forcing our way into the traffic. It has always been bad like that, but since they added a Walmart up at the end of the road on the corner it has gotten worst. The traffic goes all the way down Barwick Rd and quite a ways down Lake Ida Rd.

Strongly opposed to this. This street is overused and over populated, especially given the number of children who must walk to school and have a difficult time crossing these streets as it stands now.

There is NO way that area can hold that many people! Have you been on Barwick in the morning? It's a nightmare!

This area is already overpopulated. What happened to the nice quiet streets we once enjoyed?

This would add to the already existing unsafe traffic conditions.

We don't need more density in this neighborhood. There is enough traffic as it stands with the school traffic.

This development does not make any sense for traffic reason, school safety reason.
