This would be a terrible mistake. Lives have been lost on this road already. Our children deserve better.

Coconut Lane and Barwick Rd already has been impacted by Walmart and a potential gas station. The traffic is especially heavy during during the morning and afternoon hours from the Banyan Creek Elementary School.

we do not need more apartments in our area and clog up the streets enough more.

I strongly oppose this change of land use, we just can't afford more traffic on our already jam Barwick Road with school and short cuts that drivers make from military trail every day.

My wife and I have a child attending Banyan Creek Elementary and we are opposed to this zoning change. Zoning designations should only be changed for the public good, not private gain.

If we're protected by existing zoning laws to protect our community from over-density, this should not be an issue. Barwick Road is already impassable and dangerous for elementary school students. (My child is not in elementary school.) Local leaders (Mayor, Commissioner, etc.), if not already done, please show that you are in support of this petition so that we know you are looking out for the people you were elected to represent. Thank you.

Too close to the elementary school. We need to keep our children safe. I say no.

the traffic and congestion in this area is absolutely outrageous. We do not need nor want any more land use changes to an already over populated area. The schools cannot even handle the increase, nor can our roads, our water useage, our police or other providers. Please use your common sense to oppose this ridiculous increase in volume or any proposed zoning anywhere in this area. Our growth in PBC is out of control. Those in positions that can grant this type of growth should not in any type of power positions and all residents are urged to vote these careless politicians out asap. We need common sense in our country, not back pocket payments for self indulgence of those that push this type of growth. We did not elect officials to ruin our county. Enough if enough!!! I strongly oppose. The west of Military is enough to make one vomit, and now to increase even more just to the east of Military is outrageous! Let those that will benefit in increased taxes (what it's all about), to live in this area and see what the volume has done. There is no green space anymore. Hello floods! Concreate does NOT absorb water. We are losing all our farms to the over expansion. People stand up for what you really believe in! And that is NOT overpopulation. Let growth go hundreds of miles north to more open land that is available and not rape our land or change any more zoning. That's why we have zoning as it currently is - to avoid this type of growth!!!!!!! Show some guts!

This development will bring too much traffic into our neighborhood and in front of the school.

This is an unnecessary development. It will impose too much congestion on the neighborhoods and the school.

I am an original owner in Sabal Lakes 3 and I do not think this is a good idea. The traffic will be worse especially around school time. We have to be careful where the children are walking and more cars and people is not a good idea. My grandchildren are going to Banyon and I would be concerned for their safety even though my daughter walks them both ways.

My backyard backs up to Barwick and I adamantly oppose the zoning change that will result in the 53 unit multi-family dwelling apartment complex on Barwick Road just north of Sable Lakes Rd. I live in Sabal Lakes, and as it is I have difficulty getting out of my community and onto Barwick in the mornings, and I'm stuck in so much traffic on Barwick when I come home in the afternoon.
