Barwick cannot handle any more vehicles. I oppose any change of zoning.

No apartments! No more development! I feel bad for the greedy guy who thought he could manipulate our fine city just so he and his partners can try to get money for not doing work. Go get a job! Buying and selling property is a scam. Stop getting scammed Delray Beach and Palm Beach County.

This is a public safety issue. Hundreds of students walk to and from Banyon Creek Elem on daily basis along Barwick Rd and additional traffic from a multi unit complex so close to the school and will be disastrous and somebody will get hurt or worse!

Our roads are already impassible and it has been made clear that Barwick Road will never be widened.

Population density in area is already high enough.

In our already crowded city why build a complex right next to an overcrowded school. You already tried to build a rehab facility in this same property. Find another neighborhood that’s able to accommodate this expansion and leave our safe and beautiful community alone.

Traffic during school drop-off in the morning and school pick-up in the afternoon is already so congested that it makes it undesirable to try to leave or enter the community during these hours. How much more traffic can we endure?

There is enough traffic as it is. I hope we can make a difference to stop this.

When will it stop. The school board was prompted to address the overcrowding of Banyan in past years and sadly there was no action to secure land on Barwick to create a new entry into the school. Now you want to add MORE zoned families to a problem that was never addressed. As 21 year Delray resident I am disgusted by the greed and lack of forethought with development. Stop the madness. Think long term.

Rezoning this land for apartments is a terrible idea! The traffic on Barwick Road is bad already. This area cannot handle the additional congestion.

I can't imagine the threat to safety adding 102 families to this road would cause. Added traffic for both walking pedestrians and other vehicles to navigate through and congestion for fire/police to find a way through. (Already an issue) Our neighborhoods rely solely on Barwick road to enter and exit, we can not go a different way. Please, if nothing else, consider the safety of our children attending this school.

There is no need to rezone this area. Thanks

Traffic is already impossible during school hours. Adding apartments will make for a traffic pattern that will be unsafe and impassible for the children and those of us getting our children to an upper level school. I urge you to reconsider.

Enough already on Barwick Road.
