Barwick Road is already too busy. We do not need or want 102 new apartments around the corner from our neighborhood and school. Do not rezone this property!

There is already a significant amount of traffic on Barwick to get into our community. There are also breakins happing on a monthly basis. We do not need anymore conjestion on the roads.

Too much traffic on Barwick already with the drop-off and pick-up cars for Banyan Creek Elementary. This area should be kept single family homes!
