Please don't build these!!! I know it's potential profit but I love my neighborhood the way it is. It's so quiet and peaceful. We don't need more housing and bustle

As a fairly new resident to the neighborhood, it doesn't seem like an apartment complex on this relatively small parcel of land is the best use for it.

Traffic is currently totally congested during school hours. These additional housing units will make it impassable.

No new development on Barwick! We are developed to the maximum that our infrastructure can now handle.

There is no need for more housing right there, this was once all nurseries, all around, and no need for big roads or dealing with congestion. The city never widened the roads, they are exactly the same as 20 years ago pretty much. Anymore housing around there is going to be horrible.

A 102 unit apartment complex is not needed in this already over populated area. Our streets are too crowded. And this is a residential area. Homes are perfect for this property.

We are stuck in these neighborhoods. Can’t get out. Military & coconut lane has traffic and regular accidents and it is slow. Barwuck is always backed up with cars. Lots of kids walking and too many cars.

I live in Bexley Park. It’s already insane driving my kids to Banyan Creek elem located only 2 mins away and it literally takes me over 20 mins each morning to get them to school. I can’t imagine what the added amount of cars on this single road will do. Plus the fact of a rental community in front of this development will only cause more cars driving through it. We already have a huge problem with outside traffic driving through to get to the school and parking here as well and walking the difference. These drivers have been tagged as speeders throughout our community running over animals. This will only cause our value to drop. Stop the over building!!!!!

It is difficult to navigate the area as it is. This would add an unnecessary burden to an already crowded school zone.

This housing multifalimy apartment complex will overcrowd Barwick Road and change the character of Sabal Lakes. We are vehemently opposed to overcrowding and changing the makeup of our community and surrounding areas. Please do not approve this project.

The area is too congested already. Why add another 1000 people to this area. It’s a recipe for disaster.
