I disapprove of adding additional homes and traffic to Barwick Road. The apartment complex will overburden the area.

This project is terrible for our community!!

You can’t get out on barwick as it is due to the line for people getting to the school. Adding more traffic problems by building an apt complex is ridicoulous. And must be stopped.

The proposed project will have great negative financial impact for the 400+ homes in Sabal Lakes and Barwick Estates. For most owners, their home investment is the single greatest investment they will make. It's well past the time for City Commissioners to support developers, they should be supporting and helping the voters who put them in office.

I don't think we need to add more traffic to Barwick road. It's already a very busy road when school is let out and with all the kids that walk to school I think this is a bad idea.

Our roads and water utilities and schools cannot handle this added population.

Way to many units ,creating more traffic congestion during school opening and closing times !

I am opposed to the rezoning of this property and the number of units being suggested This will only cause additional congestion and traffic problems In addition it will add more pressure an already over crowded school.

I oppose the change that will allow this project to be approved. Too much traffic congestion already on Barwick at peak times.

We have to much traffic already, especially during season. Not crazy about this idea!

Keep Barwick Road safe and uncongested.

No high density communities on Barwick Rd. An apartment complex is non conforming use compared to the surrounding area.

I oppose to the zoning change and build of the 102 unite apartment complex.

against future development on Barwick Road for reasons that it would increase unneeded traffic in this rural area and also I would think the school and parents of children attending Barwick Elementary would not want a high rise where apartments are accessible to watching children on the school grounds.

Please stop this development

Stop changing the existing zoning, single family to medium density...STOP IT!
