Traffic is already at a standstill during school drop off and pick up. Adding more cars to our neighborhood would cause a traffic nightmare.

The school district should purchase this property and make another entrance and parking lot for Banyan Creek School.

Increased traffic will make getting to school on time almost impossible

Barwick Road is already too congested being only one lane N and one lane S with all the school traffic and Walmart Shopping Center traffic on Coconut so absolutely NO.

I am a resident of Sabal Lakes and this new development would cause unruly traffic and possibly a danger for the school and the children.

Barwick does not need the volume. This is a danger to the children as well, the nice neighborhood would be jammed with too much population. NO to this construction

I would like to see traffic impact studies first before any decision is made.

Live in Begley Park and bought there because it was a quiet area. This development would undermine the main reason that we bought and it would also bring down property values. Would not have a problem if it was a subdivision similar to ours.

For a number of years I was the officer assigned to this school for traffic control. Adding 102 apartments will add to the traffic congestion that we have been dealing with for over 20 years that I know of. The road design will not allow for any changes to allow for a free flow of traffic. A solution to some of the problem was suggested to the school district a couple years ago which they totally ignored. The city of Delray Beach has absorbed the cost of officers assigned to this school for way to many years without any assistance from the school district which does nothing to help solve the problem. Because this proposal will go to the county, the City of Delray Beach commissioners need to be very vocal against this zoning change.

I disapprove the proposed zoning. It is absolutely absurd.

Two-lane Barwick Road can barely sustain the traffic it has now. This should not be approved.

I adamantly oppose this proposal. It would have significant negative effects on the surrounding neighborhoods and infrastructure.

We might be fighting a losing battle, but this development will definitely change home values and traffic density.
