This petition is started to call for more accountability from UEFA for incorrect decisions which cost football clubs on and financially off the pitch. It is specifically aimed at the Turkish referee Cuneyt Cakir who once again proved that he is not competent to referee at the highest level of the game. Please sign and pass on.
