Anorexia is the biggest killing psychiatric disorder, and effects mainly females in their teens – although the age range is dropping lower and lower - even 8 year olds are now receiving help for anorexia. Pro anorexia tells girls/boys to starve into perfection; it’s a very addictive community to get stuck into online. If these sites don’t start to decrease in numbers then anorexia is going to become a more spread disorder, more people will suffer – as children spend their evenings online. Do their parents know what they are up to... pro anorexia websites are only 2 clicks away from search engines. Pro anorexia only encourages the illness it does not in any way shape or form give support to these girls – although they claim it does. Seriously forget freedom of speech, when it comes to freedom of speech over telling people to do something potentially life threatening – it should not be an option. Thankyou x
