State Government and Central Government have needed to take adequate care of Farmer’s Seed Sovereignty Right, Safe food for nation, Safety of environment, biodiversity, animal, land and Water. Until testing of GM SEED through transparent and impartial System, does not release for commercial cultivation. Please to avoids the risk of creating monopoly of multinational company on seed.
The GM Technology especially in agriculture Sector, Government of INDIA is planning to pass yet another legislation “to bulldoze the public opinion by Enacting the national Biotechnology regulatory Act 2009 and to enforce the draconian legislation a NATIONAL BIOTECHONOLOGY REGULATORY AUTHORITY” with all evil powers is being set-up. To help the farmer for Seed Production, Protection and Conservation will bring under control of Farmer. So that nobody can able to create their monopoly on seed. Moreover, it will protect biodiversity of India forever.

Hon’ble Chief Minister Please OPPOSE GENITIC MODIFFIED FOOD IN MAHARASHTRA and declared “BAN ON GM CROP” in Maharashtra.
