In 2005, Barack Obama supported new legislation that was passed that made it much harder for consumers to have enough support to declare bankruptcy and to clear their debts.  How do you feel about this law? Do you think it is better to have more lenient regulations regarding declaring bankruptcy or do you agree with this law that makes is a lot harder to become debt free (bankrupt)?
